Individual Counseling | Family Counseling | Psychosocial Education

Program Description

Sertoma Star Services is an experienced provider of mental health services in the South Suburbs that can help youth
in your community get the support they need. We offer support, resources, and individualized care tailored to each individual and their family. We blend therapy, education, and research to address specific needs and inspire leadership in their own journey.

Youth Services partners and collaborates with various school districts/individual schools for onsite groups and/or individual services during the school year.

Program Highlights

We offer counseling and support services to youth experiencing:

  • ADHD
  • Anxiety
  • Bullying
  • Conduct disorders/ODD
  • Depression
  • Eating Disorders
  • Emotional or Behavioral
    concerns
  • Mood Disorders
  • Self Esteem/Identity
    Difficulties
  • Substance use
  • Suicide prevention
  • Transition Difficulties
  • Other Mental Health Diagnoses

For youth actively engaged in our program, we offer telepsychiatry services.

Admission Criteria

In order to be eligible for our youth services, a person must:

  • Be at least 5 years old

We are a proud Medicaid provider and accept traditional Medicaid as well as Managed Care Plans such as:
